Sander Junte

Sander Junte joined the Sociological Research Centre on Everyday Life and Work (QUIT) as a predoctoral researcher for the INCODING project, combining his work for the consortium with a doctoral thesis on algorithmic management and its impact on labour relations.

After his graduation in Public Administration Theory, his interest in the transformation of the Welfare State pushed him to specialize in labour market governance and social policy by following a master in Labour and Employment Studies at the Complutense University in Madrid in. Before starting at the QUIT, he took part in a research project focusing on the work and life conditions of Spanish migrants in the Netherlands, the organization of labour in the distribution sector and the role of temporary work agencies.
